Re Enrolments/Group Discount
We value you choosing us again for your kids learning needs. Please mention Code ESL10 when enrolling again and we would be happy to provide a 10% discount refund on your next classes. Additionally, when you enroll in group of 2+, you get 10% group discount when you mention ESG10 during enrolment.
Low Enrolments and Cancellations
We conduct small group classes and keep a very low minimum threshold (2 kids). If any section receives lower than minimum threshold then the section may be cancelled, and the learner is automatically moved to the next upcoming section.
Refunds and Transfers
We have limited refund policy which is designed to help us keep low enrolment threshold, plan our time and conduct smaller group classes for personalized attention. Last minute cancellation and transfers would make it financially unfeasible for us to conduct the class.
Messages
Please try to send a direct private message as sometimes we don’t get notifications of messages in the classroom. We typically respond within 24 hours of receiving a message. If you haven’t received a response, then it would mean that we haven’t received your message so please send us a reminder
