Yoga for young learners (5-8 years old)

This is a great class to introduce Yoga for young learners. Students will learn by doing  various Yoga poses to increase their flexibility, strength and concentration while listening to stories 


Yoga for Pre-teens (9-12 years old)

Students will learn yoga in a cool and fun way. They will learn different yoga postures and breathing techniques
